At Vaughn Therapeutic Collective, we are a private-pay practice and are not in-network with insurance companies. This allows our clinicians to focus on individualized care without the limitations often imposed by insurance plans, such as diagnosis requirements, session limits, or treatment restrictions.

Fees

• Initial Intake Evaluation: $175–$200
• Individual Counseling: $70–$175
• Family Counseling Sessions: $150–$175
• Social Skills Group: $70 per session

Fees vary based on the clinician and type of service provided.

Using Out-of-Network Benefits

As a courtesy, we are happy to provide a superbill after your appointment. A superbill is an itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance company if your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits.

While reimbursement is not guaranteed, many families receive partial reimbursement depending on their individual insurance plan.

Before your first appointment, we recommend contacting your insurance provider and asking:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
• Do I have an out-of-network deductible, and if so, how much has been met?
• What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed after my deductible is met?
• Is there a limit to the number of outpatient mental health visits covered each year?
• How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?
