Emily is passionate about helping adolescents and teens navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. Her approach is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, with an emphasis on building a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
